A Handstand is a gymnastic skill in which the body balances vertically on your hands only, with your legs pointing straight up in the air. It is a very technical skill and requires appropriate physical preparation and awareness to complete safely.
As a full body exercise the Handstand is highly challenging and demands exceptional strength and recruitment of almost all major and minor muscle groups. Due to its nature the handstand requires vast control in whole body stabilisation with the need for an especially super strong core to make this possible.
